One Year Warranty

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or received a faulty item, we will gladly accept any returns or exchanges on the condition that the item includes all its original packaging, instructions, and tags. Items must be received within 1 year from the initial order shipping date.

If you purchased a ONETIGRIS item from Amazon or one of our authorized dealers/distributors, please contact them directly regarding their return policy.

What does our warranty cover? What doesn't it cover?

Dog gear including but not limited to harnesses/vests/packs and collars cannot be returned/exchanged as they will have been in contact with fur and cannot be repackaged to be sold in brand new conditions all customers find acceptable. If unreturnable gear is in good condition for use, we encourage you to gift the gear to one of the many NGOs and dog training teams we have a donation collaboration with.

Please note that a traceable order number is required for after-sales services.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the product for the original owner. If the product ever fails usage during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or material related defect, ONETIGRIS will repair or replace the item at our discretion, free of charge. In the event that the item style returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper usage, or when colors and materials grow worn over time.

All clothing items must be returned in un-worn, un-washed conditions for them to be eligible for warranted returns and replacements.

ONETIGRIS shall not be liable for any incidental, reliance, or consequential damages or breach of implied warranty for this product, including any damage to person or property, whenever the law allows. 

 

Warranty Shipping Cost

The customer is responsible for shipping charges from your location to the our warehouse if you are dissatisfied with your purchase or receive a faulty item, ONETIGRIS will pay for the return shipment to the customer. (Customer pays for both shipments for out-of-warranty replacements.)

 

RETURN/REFUND PROCESS

Please fill out the After-Sales Application and we will be in touch within 3 business days. Please note that dispatched orders cannot be recalled and you will have to wait until the parcel has arrived to make this request.
