What does our warranty cover? What doesn't it cover?

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the product for the original owner. If the product ever fails usage during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or material related defect, ONETIGRIS will repair or replace the item at our discretion, free of charge. In the event that the item style returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper usage, or when colors and materials grow worn over time.

All clothing items must be returned in un-worn, un-washed conditions for them to be eligible for warranted returns and replacements.

ONETIGRIS shall not be liable for any incidental, reliance, or consequential damages or breach of implied Warranty for this product, including any damage to person or property, whenever the law allows


Warranty Shipping Cost

The customer is responsible for shipping charges from your location to the our warehouse if you are dissatisfied with your purchase or receive a faulty item, ONETIGRIS will pay for the return shipment to the customer. (Customer pays for both shipments for out-of-warranty replacements.)

2. Provide your original order number.
3. Describe the problems of the product with pictures.
4. Send the parcel back to the address provided below
5. Provide the invoice of shipment and the tracking number.


The refund will be issued via the original transaction method (Paypal) within 2 working days after receiving the invoice (including the shipment fee).


New parcel are expected to be shipped within 2 working days after the invoice of shipment have been provided.
