What does our warranty cover? What doesn't it cover?

The warranty covers the product for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. If the product ever fails during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or material defect, then ONETIGRIS will repairor replace at our discretion, free of charge.In the event that the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper use, or the natural break down of colors and materials over time.

All clothing items must be in un-worn, un-washed condition to be eligible for warranty.

ONETIGRIS shall not be liable for any incidental, reliance, or consequential damages or breach of implied Warranty on this product, including any damage to person or property, whenever the law allows

 

Warranty Shipping Cost

The customer is responsible for shipping charges to the our warehouse if you are dissatisfied with your purchase or received a defective item, ONETIGRIS will pay the return shipment to the customer. (Customer pays both directions if out-of-warranty replacement is being done.)
