This badge holder is great. I had been looking at something like this for awhile with the pen holder but the other ones just have velcro on the back and where I work I am required to have my badge (picture) visible so that I was going to have to buy another clear piece to attach to the velcro and at that point its getting pretty pricey not to mention who know how it would look since it would be two different vendors.
This solved my question easily. Its not too heavy and very solid and the shape and edges are stiff which is good. It has the velcro on one side but it has a clear badge holder that lines up and matches perfectly. I bought another lanyard thinking this one looked thin but its not really. It works great just the way it is. No fear of anything falling out or coming apart. Thinking about getting these for Christmas presents for a few co-workers. Would definitely recommend.

If you ever worked in a high security job, you know that over the years you can accumulate dozens of ID cards. I contract with the military and it seems every building I have to enter has their own special ID card to swipe. I normally would carry my cards in one of those waterproof locking containers. Problem is all the cards get jumbled around and I have to sift through them to find what I am looking for. the plastic case swings around like a pendulum and makes noise as it strikes the buttons on my coat or gets tangled in the shoulder straps of my back pack or tool bag. the other major flaw is that those boxes only last about a year or so if you are lucky. the clasp puts a lot of pressure on the case in order to seal the gasket and make it water tight. Eventually from opening and closing it day after day the latch breaks off. It always happens without warning and I find that I have to keep a couple extra boxes around in case of an emergency. The boxes also have gone up in price as they have become more popular. I used to get them for 3 bucks and now I have seen them as high as $10.
This ID holder is a much better alternative. There is a big open clear front for your main ID. the back has wallet like pockets to store and Organize the rest of your cards. Now you know exactly where everything is instead of having to sift through your entire collection. The wallet side Has a retaining strap which both provides security that your cards do not fall out and also makes it easy to open and close to gain access. If you have to physically hand someone your ID card the front portion separates from the rear portion with Velcro which is a cool feature. Another nice feature is that it can be configured to be worn displaying the ID horizontally or vertically depending on the configuration of your credentials. My favorite feature is the pen holder. I often work wearing a shirt with no breast pocket leaving me with no place to keep my pen. Now I always have quick access to a pen.
the only place this ID card holder does not match up to my old one is that it is not waterproof. that’s not a big deal for me, but it might be for some people so its worth mentioning. Otherwise this is the best ID Card Holder I have ever used and its made of tough materials so I suspect I will be using it for a long time.

really nice product – I like that it has a keyring, too, so I put my office keys on there. And the front part of the holder displays the ID through a clear plastic window. love it. I plan on getting a second one, possibly more as holidays gifts for friends.

I travel a lot, spending time in hotels and hostels. The most annoying thing I’ve found over the past few years, is that most places are moving to card key systems. And if you are wearing an outfit with no pockets – like your pjs in hostel you need something to carry the door key. During my last stay at a hostel in London, I noticed some international travellers had something similar to this but theirs were clear pockets only. For me the addition of the two sides means I can have work ID, Oyster card, card key and a pen all at hand around my neck. And because the two halves totally separate I can use one or both etc as its easy enough to attach a second lanyard if needed to the other side.

I use an ID card holder ever day at work and have destroyed many. This has a robust metal loop to attach the lanyard with 3 card folders concealed to the rear along with s pen holder. The window can be torn away from its Velcro backing to present card without removing lanyard. It is well thought out and a quality cordurra item

I got this for my son to replace a leather card holder for his bus pass that had come apart. This is a solid piece of kit with a strong ring to hold it to a lanyard. There are two pieces velcroed together and the Velcro covers the entire side so the clear card holder can be removed but it is very strongly attached. It takes some serious effort to take it apart so there are no worries that it will come apart on its own. The back with additional card holder and pen holder is a bonus for him so he’s always ready with a pen.

This is the perfect badge holder for me. It holds my main ID in the front, allows the scanners to detect it, easy access for when I have to hand the ID to someone and the pen holder! Plus, the slots in the back allow me to carry additional badges and even a few business cards, all without fear of losing them since there is a velcro strap to hold them in place.
As for construction, I think it is great. The ring is metal, so there is no chance of it breaking. The holder itself is sturdy with little chance it is going to be fraying or failing apart soon. The necklace is 550 cord so I know that is going to hold up for a long time. The only negative I have is the lack of a quick release which means it could be a chocking hazard, but, I’m not too concerned with that. In all, I highly recommend.

Nice product. Sturdy and well made. Has turned pout to be very useful to me and the wife. She has one too. Makes for a walk in the zoo or park nice because you can bring money, cards, ID, etc and not be burdened with hauling a full wallet or purse. Also really hard to be pickpocketed with nothing in your pockets.

A great product. I use this as my EDC wallet and I love it. I like the compact design with how flat it’s. I like that I can have my driver’s license one one side and my cards and cash on the other side. The idea of being able to take the ID panel with velcro and attach it to a vest or plate carrier of needed. I keep a spare key to my truck sandwiched in tween whee the velcro is and it works perfect. No more super thick leather wallet, now I have a super slim tactical wallet that everyone is jealous of. I would recommend this product if you are looking for a awesome tactical EDC wallet.

The ID holder is a neat little creation, with the standard front clear pocket for your ID card and paracord lanyard, however what sets it apart is the three card pockets in the rear, with elastic retention as well as a velcro flap. There is also an elastic loop for a pen or pencil, along the length of the card holder. A d-ring at the top allows versatile mounting, but the feature that really sets this ID holder apart is the ability to tear the clear card holder off, and attach it to your vest or bag. The ID holder is two parts back to back with velcro. Its an ingenious design I’ve never encountered before, but I’ve already used it a few times to keep my ID card on my kitbag during travel, and when at a game. Its something you didn’t know you wanted, until you have it.

A great quality product! I’ve been using this now for about 6 months and its very versatile item. I have used it on a daily bases to hold my ID when working and travelling, to carry my cash cards and business cards at events, even to attach my security credentials on my Velcro sleeve patch during training days.
I recommend them completely. Very high level of quality and attention to detail as always from these guys!
Not that bad
