D rings are approximately 2″ in length and about 1-3/8″ in width. They are made of a solid ABS like plastic (not sure the exact composition). These D rings has a slit to slid over MOLLE webbing or any strap that is 1″ or less. Anything wider and it would bulge up inside the slit. Upon further examination of the item it is made via simple yet effective “press in” or “snap in” construction. The Locking mechanism when in the locked position holds quite well as it has a 1/8″ tapered shaft that is pushed via a spring into the opening of the D ring. Although these are non load bearing D-rings they still can be used for various uses such as but limited to hanging your electric ear muffs, hanging your bag, as a third hand if you need to braid some 550 cord, water bladders etc. Cant go wrong for the price. Only thing that would make this over the top is to know if the spring is made out of stainless steel. Then there would be little worry about rust. Overall great buy!

Great for any Molle gear. Holds tight and easy to use and easy to move. Seem to hold a fair amount of weight without any issues. Highly recommend these Grimlocs. I am going to order another set!

these grimlocs look decieving by their size but are quite strong. they hold my battle belt perfectly when hot in use and hang from my body armor. if it were just the belt it wouldnt be that impressive but on the belt are 2 2×3 ak mag holders with 6 fully loaded mags, a shotgun wallet with 25 rounds of 00 Buckshot, dropleg holster with a sig sauer p250 .45 acp, a combat knife and a NBC warfare suit. all this supported by these small grimlocs while my suit is hung in the closet. I leave them attached while wearing because the lay flat when worn and are not in the way.

Fits perfect on my molle set up. Haven’t broke one yet after about 6 months, even when they snag.

I saw these on a friend’s pack and decided to buy a set. I use them almost every day now. They are so convenient for attaching gear, I never knew how much I needed these gear clips.

Nice little connectors. Really useful. Good size for quickly connecting something to a backpack. Nice strap slots work well.

Great for attaching stuff to a molle pack. Stuff like a travel pillow or small stuff, it won’t take much weight so take care but if you need to link two bags together it’s handy gadget.

I’m on my second set because they are such a great product. The best part is the molle attachment. Beats any carabiner, especially with it locking securely in place. You don’t have to worry about it coming undone or breaking. The plastic does have a slight gloss to it but nothing major where it’s going to reflect in a tactical situation. I would defiantly recommend these Grimlocs if you are looking to secure loose gear or be able to attach & grab gear off anything with molle.
